We ship worldwide.
To EU, UK, US, Canada and Australia we deliver from our local warehouses.

We ship DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) to Switzerland, Norway, Mexico, Colombia, Turkey, Argentina, Chile, Kuwait and Israel.

All orders are shipped complete. If your order contains a pre-order or out-of-stock item, the order will ship once all items are in stock. (Please contact us if you require partial shipment)

 

US (Shipped from Midwest USA): 2 to 5 days.
Canada (Shipped from BC): 2 to 5 days.
European Union countries (Shipped from France): 4 to 7 days.
UK (Shipped from Manchester): 2 to 5 days.
Switzerland: 5 to 8 days.
Australia (Shipped from Melbourne): 10 to 12 days (depending on area).
Norway: 5 to 8 days.
Other countries: 10 to 12 days

Tracking number will be updated 2-3 days after we ship your parcel.

Currently Lone Rider processes and ships items Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday (or major Holidays) will be processed on the following business day.

  • Free Shipping: All orders over 200€/217$USD qualify for free worldwide shipping.

  • Standard Shipping (EU, UK, US, CA): Orders under 200€/217$USD incur a flat shipping fee of 9€.

  • Other countries: Orders under 200€/217$USD from other areas are subject to higher shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout.

Warranty:

Lone Rider offers a Limited 2 Year Warranty and a 14 days return policy on the Lone Rider products. To use your warranty, please contact us with your name and order number.
